With a design inspired by MTB tyres developed with Julien Absalon, Black Mamba CX TT combines lightness and fast rolling. Its numerous exposed knobs guarantee exceptional performance. Its tread favours speed and rapid spurts. Its Race Riposte rubber side knobs inspired by Cobra guarantee good side grip.
Cyclo Cross tyres are for use with road wheels to allow them to be ridden off road. They range from 30 to 35mm wide and are designed with different tread patterns to suit the various conditions that can be encountered during the Cyclo Cross season. Usually at the start of the season the ground is dry and hard so a narrower low tread tyre is needed as low rolling resistance is a priority. Later in the season when the ground is wet, grip is a priority so a wider tyre with increased tread would be the better option.
