Active Root’s 20 Sachet Box contains 20, 35g sachets that contain all the goodness you need to boost your activity whether you’re training or competing. The powder can easily be added to your 500-700ml sports bottle. The sports mix targets three main areas including:
- HYDRATION: Each serving contains 400mg of sea salt which aids re-hydration. The salt helps you retain essential elements such as magnesium, chloride and potassium. This also helps balance the balance of electrolytes in our body which are essential to normal function.
- FUEL: Each sachet also contains 32.5g of carbohydrate in the form of unbleached sugar cane. The cane sugar is a lower GI index carb and is a slower burn fuel compared to other carbs sources. Unbleached sugar cane is more natural and chemical free.
- BALANCE: 200mg of natural dried ginger in every serving provides the optimal amount to help alleviate symptoms of gastrointestinal stress and calms the prevalence of nausea.
- GREEN TEA AND GINGER: Provides a super-refreshing, light flavour with an earthy taste that is a great option towards the end of a race or intense training session when you want a less sweet flavour option.
- PEPPERMINT AND GINGER: The least gingery flavour available with a cool, relieving flavour that comes with a naturally minty taste that combines well with the warmth of the ginger.
- ORIGINAL GINGER: The classic flavour that recreates the classic taste of ginger beer and incorporates it into this incredible sports drink. Not too sweet and not too spicy this is the perfect drink throughout your training or race.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
