The Bionic Pro Protection jacket has been designed and engineered with a reduced material construction to create a protective jacket that is lightweight and slim with improved ventilation.
Built using a technical Elastane stretch mesh, shape and structure are maintained and the pads and plates kept where they should be, all whilst remaining as breathable as possible. The injected polymer performance blend used for the panel shells is optimised for protection and weight saving. The protective plate design utilises an integrated grid structure which, during an impact absorbs and dissipates energy across its cellular structure. All plates on the suit are mounted on PE padded panels to provide excellent comfort and fit. They have an ergonomically contoured design to follow the curvature of the body with air channelling designed to reduce heat build-up and keep ventilation levels high.
Fit can be customised with the adjustable straps for the backplate, with the upper panel being removable to allow compatibility with Alpinestars BNS Neck Brace. An elastic kidney with TPR belt system improves ergonomics and allows for a customised fit. Reliable YKK front zipper closure also features a zip garage for in-ride comfort.
