Creatine is a popular supplement across many sports as it can improve the energy the muscles receives through the formulation of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate – the primary energy currency in cells). The areas that the Creatine Monohydrate Tablets can impact are improved strength, improved sprinting, recovery, muscle mass, muscle endurance and resistance to fatigue. Results will vary from person to person.
Take 3-5 tablets per day. On training days consume approximately 30 minutes before exercise and immediately after. For best results, take with a meal. Not to be taken on an empty stomach. Use this in conjunction with a balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
