Electrolytes play an important role in maintaining a balanced system as they aid in many of your body’s functions including: the conducting of nerve impulses, the regulating of the body’s pH levels and in hydration. The five electrolytes, included, are:
Calcium helps muscles contract
Magnesium is required so that the fibres can relax after contraction
Sodium helps maintain fluid through osmosis as water moves through the cell walls from a less concentrated water electrolyte solution to one which is more concentrated
Potassium is located inside your cells and is necessary for the normal functioning of cells, nerves and muscles
Chloride is found in your blood, it helps keep the amount of fluid inside and outside of your cells in balance
Electrolyte imbalance can lead to fatigue, muscle cramps, headaches and convulsions and these symptoms can be magnified in hot weather or during intense activity as your body sweats out electrolyte. Most people will receive most of their electrolytes from a normal healthy diet, but this supplement can be useful when an athlete is generating more sweat.
Take 1-2 tablets per day. For best results, take with a meal. Not to be taken on an empty stomach. Do not chew tablets. Use this product in conjunction with a balanced diet. For use by adults only. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
