By combining lightweight fabrics with minimalist yet robust construction methods, Aeron LAB Ultralight still has all the features you need for a big day out in the mountains, keeping you comfortable on punishing gradients and in testing temperatures.

Lightweight Fabrics

In collaboration with innovative fabric mills, dhb have combined three high performance fabrics to form the Aeron LAB Ultralight Jersey.

3 lightweight meshes combine to give this jersey the optimum blend of warm-weather performance and a perfect close but unrestrictive fit. It’s the feel and performance of this jersey that sets it apart from the competition. These high-performance mesh fabrics wick moisture away throughout your ride, keeping you comfortable when at peak intensity.

Race ready, second skin fit

Made for top level road cyclists with a cyclist’s physique, Aeron LAB has a close, uncompromising second-skin fit. It’s built for riding fast.

Designed to sit extremely close to the body with no excess fabric to slow you down, Aeron LAB has a closer fit than the dhb Aeron collection. It will feel different: compressive and close. But once on the bike, Aeron LAB comes into its own.

With a shortened front zip length designed for an aggressive riding position, the Ultralight Jersey is perfect for riders who spend most of their ride pushing the pace on the hoods or on the drops. The low neckline also improves comfort when riding in this position

Pockets that work

Pockets on lightweight jerseys often perform poorly when fully loaded – but without a team car on an all-day ride in the mountains, that’s exactly when you need them to work. dhb have carefully built the Ultralight pockets to sit flush when not in use but able to take a load when you need, without sagging.

Inside the middle pocket sits the toko pocket. It’s a hidden fabric envelope, there to keep your valuables secure without needing to add the bulk and weight of a zip. It’s also got a radio port hole just in case you do need to talk to that team car after all.

Neat finishing touches to improve your ride

The Ultralight Jersey is a rare thing – a superlight jersey you can be comfortable in all day long. A minimal but effective elasticated hem removes any problems of the jersey moving or digging in. Longer sleeves for an aerodynamic and supportive fit mean the Ultralight Jersey has been designed to stay in place without being restrictive.
