Extreme Adventure Food’s Freeze Dried Food High Energy 500Kcal Desserts are lightweight and compact making them extremely easy to transport. The desserts are packed full of energy giving you the boost you need when you need it most.
Add 450ml of boiling water to the pouch (level A on the inside of the pouch) and stir well. Leave for 6-8 to re-hydrate before eating.
