Armed with RockShox Recon suspension forks with remote lockout control, this bike provides excellent trail handling responsiveness and soak up knocks and bumps from the terrain. Plus, these forks enhance your riding stability and all-terrain control, so you can soar up the steepest hills and rocket back down the fastest descents with confidence.
This ride is equipped with a Shimano Deore 12-Speed drivetrain, which includes a wide-range 10-51T cassette and hydraulic disc brakes. This rear cassette gives you gears to dominate any gradient up or down the mountainside while it shifts with exceptional smoothness and precision. The Shimano MT501 hydraulic disc brakes control your momentum on the descents and provide reliable performance in all weather conditions. Plus, this bike rolls upon on Rodi Blackrock rims wrapped in fast-rolling Schwalbe Racing Ralph tyres for phenomenal grip and stability in all conditions.
This bike is Ghost DNA in pure form. Extremely light, extremely stiff - and of course extremely fast. This bike was developed for competition, regardless of whether you are competing against the international competition or you want to fight a new personal best on your training session: The Lector pushes you to your limits.
