This E-MTB wheelset features a carbon fibre rim construction, which gives riders a superb balance of stiffness, strength and an overall lower weight on their ride. Thanks to its asymmetric rim profile, this model also provides a stronger wheel through more even spoke tension. Coming equipped with high-quality Sapim E-Lite spokes and a Reynolds TRE hub, this wheelset is engineered to handle the increased speeds and torque levels that are associated with electric mountain bike riding.
The TRE series is designed specifically for the demands of the more refined generation of e-mountain bikes, which allow you to cover steeper terrain in a shorter time, allowing grinders to go further, faster. Since more miles mean greater wear, Reynold's built its robust TRs rims to an e-bike specific hub using 32 e-bike specific spokes and brass nipples. The result is a lightweight wheel for riders demanding top performance from their new machines.
